Lovely, double room available for second semester in friendly household located in Oldfields Park

I'm leaving to go on placement in the second semester next year (2010/2011) so am looking for someone to take my room from Feb/March 2011. The room is a really nice, spacious, well-kept master bedroom available in Oldfield Lane. Double bed included and ample wardrobe space. There's a comfortable, large sitting room and dinner. Washing machine inc.
Great location with easy access to Moorland Road, town and Orange and Blue buses to uni.
