Female with chinchilla looking to rent from March 2009

I am going to be starting a midwifery course in April so am looking to move in March and will be available to view properties in January as I am in Devon at present. I am starting searching early as I have a chinchilla that will be coming with me.
I'm 29 years old and female. I am not noisy or a party person by any stretch of them imagination!
So, a quiet place would suit me, particularly as my course will involve working shifts in hospital ...
