London Student Housing Group provide safe luxury and affordable 5 and 6 bedroom student houses in Manor House, Haringey and Finsbury Park North London N4 and N15 (Tube: Manor House Zone 2 Picadilly Line) to students at City University, London University (University College UCL, King’s College KCL, London School of Economics LSE, School of Oriental and African Studies SOAS), London Metropolitan University LMU, Westminster University and Middlesex University.
BILLS INTERNET AND TELEPHONE INCLUDED AS STANDARD:
All houses are offered on our “all bills inclusive” package with unlimited use of all services (gas electric water and heating). This is presently the best “all bills inclusive” package available in London and includes X2 free internet supplies (50mb fibre optic and back up ADSL) free sky tv and free landline (020) telephone. There is a no small print guarantee.
DOUBLE ROOMS DOUBLE BEDS AND FLAT SCREEN TVS AS STANDARD:
Each house has been recently refitted, and students benefit from a furniture package for their study bedrooms which includes their own wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview and a contemporary modern private wash basin. All study bedrooms also have a double bed, and a modern desk chair shelves and a chest of drawers. Many rooms have solid wooden floors and for those students who prefer soft flooring, rooms with carpet are available.
COMMUNAL SPACE WITH GARDENS AS STANDARD:
Every house has a communal lounge with seating on comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to a maintenance free designer garden with shed.
AT LEAST 3 BATH/SHOWER ROOMS AND PRIVATE WASHBASINS AS STANDARD:
Every house now has at least one full bathroom with shower, and at least two additional separate shower rooms. Remember all bedrooms also have private washbasins and our shower rooms operate separately from the main hot water system, so that you are guaranteed to have hot water whatever happens !
TWO WASHING MACHINES/ DRYERS AND TWO FRIDGE FREEZERS AT LARGER SITES:
Our 6 bedroom houses have at least two washing machines / dryers and two large fridge freezers. All sites have at least two separate forms of refrigeration so that your food will be protected whatever happens !
WHO WE ARE HOW ARE WE REGULATED:
London Student Housing Group are part of Place Group UK. We are a regulated and accountable privately owned and managed student housing supplier. We also operate through the brands Place Homes, London Student Rentals and London Student Landlords.
We run an informal modern and dynamic business and treat each student who rents from us an individual. Students benefit from the informality with which we deal with our student housing, whilst benefiting from the group resources we have in place for our corporate and government tenants. We are registered with the government approved Housing Ombudsman and the Property Ombudsman. We are also registered with OFT under the Consumer Credit Act and the Money Laundering Regulations. We are accredited under the London landlord Accreditation Scheme and members of the National Landlords Association. Deposits are protected through MyDeposits and our CEO is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing. We do not believe that any private landlord is as well resourced, regulated and approachable as we are.
