The double room I am moving out of is in a shared house with 7 people (2 males and 5 females). We share the 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, the lounge (which includes a TV with all Sky channels). The house has a washing-machine. There is also a back garden.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a small table, a wardrobe/clothes rail and a chest of draws.
The rent would be £320/pm including all bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, council tax...). The deposit is one month rent.
The house is situated on Gillot Road, a perpendicular road to the Hagley road. There are 8 buses running frequently towards the city center (10 min from the city center) and the 11A and 11C are 2 streets away.
