I am Looking for a Friendly, easy going girl to share with, I am a easy going 27 young looking but mature guy. I am a student studying my second degree. I want someone who is open minded and not shy as it can be very uncomfortable living with a shy person.
The room is spacious and a little cosy when you get settled in. It is fully furnished with a bed and a sofa with two big windows but I don't have a TV and there is no living room. A laptop is always a great idea. It is a four bedroom flat and has a very friendly atmosphere but I keep my business to myself at all times. The bathroom is clean, functional kitchen with modern appliances with my own storage space as well as my own appliances in the room.
The flat is in a safe area (NW London Zone 4), its in good condition and its well maintained, with convenient transport links. There are buses to central London on the Edgware road right outside the flat, 10 to 15 minute walk to colindale tube station. Plenty of amenities as the flat is close to shops and a 24 hour Asda. Accommodation is free in exchange for friendship and companionship, just someone to talk to every now and then as Its always nice to have a friend around. You might have to contribute a little bit to extra cost depending on how long you intend to stay.
I am looking for somebody calm, fun to be with and peaceful, young but mature in mind with positive attitude to life, somebody who understands how to have a conversation instead of argument and most importantly you must be trust Worthy.
