There are three other lovely housemates, two guys one girl, really friendly and easy to get along with, one is a manchester metropolitan student in her second year, the two others at university of manchester, one of them studying a masters, the other a first year.
The landlord is really nice, its in a lovely location a few mins away from the bus stop where you can catch various buses to oxford road to the unis and the 50p 147 bus to oxford road and piccadilly station, and its is also in walking distance to manchester unis. We have wireless internet and a phone line. There are some shops close by including a tescos and it is right behind victoria baths.
£280 pcm including bills
