This is a room in the newest private hall of residence in Manchester. The room is lovely and furnished with a bed, desk, bedside table, mirror etc and a built in wardrobe and on the 6th floor. The bathroom is all tiled and ceiling is protected by a plastic barrier to stop any mould from growing! It really is a lovely room and the kitchen is very nice! Floor to ceiling windows in the room and in the kitchen! Theres a breakfast bar area, 2 fridges and 3 freezers for 5 people!!!! So theres plenty of space to store food etc. The room is £106 a week but you it will be hard to find any accommodation as nice as this anywhere else in Manchester for a lower price. I think personally that the rent is worth the room! As advertised, the room is ensuite and it's very swish looking. I'm looking to move out as I now want to commute from home as I get very homesick. can send pictures if you like and a viewing can be arranged asap. You can also move in asap. I'm looking for a girl as the flat is all female. The girls are nice, quiet (in a considerate way) and are very clean. The are very friendly and up for a laugh.
